I track Fish Oil prices with a big spreadsheet and the best deals for the amount of DHA and EPA you get are either the NOW DHA-500 or the Nutricost fish oil tabs.

This is for performance, but Epa is best, i guess abojt 1-2 grams per day. I have also heard omega 6 is not that good and is indicated in inflammation but don't quote me

Which is an odd source of Omega3. Sardines and Anchovy have a much higher concentration.

Didn't have to. If it was single source wild caught fish it should've been on the front of the bottle. That's a red flag in itself.
