These are amazing and way better than visine. Pro-tip store these in the fridge for extra cooling relief.

Never used this. How does it compare to the Systane Ultra Lubricant Eye Drop?
I'd explain it as lighter? Systane tend to temporarily make my vision go blury as it works through the liquid. YMMV of course. And i only use the Single use vials and not the large containers.

Because once you open them they no longer have anyway remaining growth free.
Actually my Doctor tells me that if I wash my hands and make sure the vial does not touch my eye/eyelashes, i can open a vial in the morning then use one of those tiny zip lock bags for pills to cover the vial and stick it in the fridge and you can still use it later on the day. Up to you of course, no guarantees, but I've been doing this for quite some time now.

Are these good for dry contacts? Or are there certain formulas out there specifically for when contacts dry up in your eye?

I normally use PF vials when I can but on the go these bottled ones are more convenient and less wastefull (you don't have to throw away a vial that still has a few drops in them after one use) I'd like to know if you know of a PF bottled one because I will buy it today!

The preservative in this one is significantly less toxic to corneal and conjunctival cells compared to BAK. BAK is/was in Pataday and other brand name lubricating eye drops unless they reformulated them because of the findings.

Here's a reference for everyone who would like to know more about the preservative options: https://eyewiki.aao.org/Preservat...edications

Systane does make a PF drop that comes in a special bottle. Refresh does as well.

Most "rewetting drops for soft contact lenses" should be fine. Blink and Refresh make this type of drop.

My optometrist told me visine is for red eyes. Its not meant to be used as a lubricant.

No coupon for me comes up to $8.50.
I'll give it a try to see how it compares to Visine cooling.

I've tried em all - Thera Tears is all I use for 5+ yrs now. I definitely prefer the regular drops over these thicker "extra" drops - but at this price I'm in 👍 FYI single bottles also on sale for $5.50 if you don't need two: https://a.co/d/06im29h
