Great if you could find a better alternative at this price range...
DDR4 slow? Not really noticeable difference for a user looking for this tier of laptop (daily general latpop).

At least the 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD, would be sufficient for those who do not know/unwilling to open up the chassis for upgrades.

I'm also looking to buy one for wifey, mainly for personal emails and web browsing(no gaming). From cpu benchmark, seems like the Intel chip is better. Plus buying with Costco is always a better deal(no restocking fee if return within the return window).

I bought a similar Asus model during BF.

I'm having a mouse scrolling issue that crashes my computer. Does anyone have any idea why that would happen and a solution to fix it?

Seems to happen more so after I've paused from doing activity on the device for several minutes. Then I go to scroll in the page in any application and I'm instantly nuked.
