HDMI cables do not "increase" image quality. They are digital signals and either work or do not. The difference between the quality of some cables tends to how much bandwidth they support and at what lengths.
These are 2.1 HDMI rated, so they support 8k 60hz, but more importantly 4k 144hz for gaming set ups. For TV watching anything over 60hz is unnecessary at this point in time.
