It is okay https://pcpartpicker.com/list/MqPXGP you can build something a bit better for 150 less. The only real issue with this is that they adverttise it having a 360mm aio in the pciture but you are only going to be getting a 120mm aio. ​

Just FYI...I would have bought locally had I known the process for problems. I couldn't get the GPU (7800) to work (got onboard to work). Process is for purchaser to pay to ship GPU to them for eval/replacement, and if it is the problem, they will pay for return shipping.
The cost of shipping and insurance to them erased any savings from not buying locally with a full return policy.
