Nope, it won't, but how often are you cutting 6x6? I don't even think professionals who cut 6x6s use miter saws for that.
If you are really skilled at mitering then no. But if you are an occasional DIY'er the dual bevel is worth it's weight in gold.

Any big differences between blue, red, and yellow brands when it comes to miter?

Cordless seems unnecessary for a weekend diyer too, no?

Absolutely. I already have to visualize each miter cut for what feels like minutes to make sure it's the right way. Now, do it upside down and backwards for every other cut.

Better to go with a compound miter saw. I have a Ryobi that I've been using about once a week for 6 years now and it's been working great. If DeWalt is your tool of choice then go with that.

I can't speak to the products themselves, but using some basic metrics (e.g., MSRP vs sale price) I'm tempted to say it's about 2" better, but I guess it depends on whether you really need dual bevel, so per usual it probably boils down to what your use case is going to be. Always interested in hearing from actual owners though.

I was debating between these two. This Dewalt has stainless base, bigger blade and overall seems higher quality. As a beginner, I ended up buying the Skil for its LED shadow, quick release clamp and sliding. Convenience is more important.

If you use the feature, it's worth it. As as amateur wood worker, for the work I do, it's never come up. One thing to note about the dual bevel is that to get the motor away from the fence (note the right fence on this model is notched down to allow space for the motor). To do this, they likely added a belt to connect the blade to motor, which seems less reliable than the direct drive of this model. But if I were going to spend a bit more, I'd probably spend it on a sliding miter saw rather than the dual bevel. Unless you do a lot of crown molding, the bevel, let alone dual-bevel, feature will will hardly be used.
