I did!
I cancelled my original order because I preferred watermelon but after reading this I may go back and place another for a different flavor.

For me these are terrible for sleep. I don't know if it's because I already take a multivitamin with B vitamins, but the huge dose of B6 makes it so after an 1hr so I can't go to sleep and makes it hard to lie still. I would stick with a straight magnesium sup for sleep.

Also placed four orders. Have been taken this vitamin already nightly for the last 3 years and agreed it's a great sleep aid and help body recovery if you are active/exercising regularly.

EVL includes the zma ingredients in their testosterone booster EVLtest. So the addition of theanine makes marketed as one thing, throw in a couple test boosting herbs now it's a testosterone booster. In a way I like this brand for simple ingredients, most supplements throw a bunch of things you never heard of in doses you never know because they are part of a "propitiatory blend". They make a few things I use regularly.

Noob here. Does everyone here take 1 pill every evening right before bed or only on the days that they're working out? Better to take it with food for absorption or it doesn't matter?

It's four pills and preferably on an empty stomach but about 30 min before bedtime and I have slept so well and I've been having very vivid dreams. I can say most certainly it is not a placebo effect it's the Real deal

Now yes and for the foreseeable future absolutely. Especially since I've stocked up. I will say I workout almost 2 hours a day six days a week
