On a computer 🖥 Is easier than a phone.
1) sign into your account.
2) add the item or items you want to buy.
3) add ANYTHING else to hit $10.
4) proceed to checkout where you are entering your card information.
5) copy and paste link to a new window (doesn't need to be incognito) or just duplicate window.
6) go BACK to delete the item you don't want in one window, go forward to confirm checkout after deleting in the other.

Choose another store. Has nothing to do with the hack if you used it.
Try again same store, and put a different substitute
This is a typical problem, as their inventory system is a mess!

Here's a even better one....I placed an order for 3 items. It was canceled in 2-3 mins. I went to the store (it's very close to me) and found 2 of the 3 canceled items on the shelves! Only one possibility....they didn't even bother checking and instantly canceled the order! Pathetic!
Suggestion....go to the store (if it's relatively close), find the items, place the order, and bring the items up front yourself! Then just tell them that you saved them the trouble!
It's unfortunate that they won't simply match online prices at the store (although the managers can if they want to). I know this, as it's been done for me, but it's strictly arbitrary.

You can either use the suggestion (above) or simply add another item (to reach the $10 minimum). When you get to the store, ask them to cancel the other item. It's very simple and straightforward. They simply cancel the item that you don't need before finalizing the purchase (which is always done at the store). You have the right to change your mind. Your card is billed only for the item that you keep (even if it's a dollar or less). It works. I've done it numerous times.
Exactly. You tell them the substitute, what was so hard ??

You have more time on your hands than I can ever imagine.
Who said that it was hard?? My point is that this rarely happens. They cancel the order and ignore the option to substitute the item. Unless you actually go the store and follow up, they can do whatever they want....like not even searching for the item and instantly canceling it. Yes, this has occurred with my orders several times!
Yep! Sometimes, you need to actually intervene physically, instead of always relying on a computer or a phone. Sounds bizarre, right?
