Gasoline also slightly harder to recharge.
Better than nothing no?
Some people are buying these for emergency charging of an electric car? Don't they realize that 1kW will only last 3 miles?

Downside of gas/diesel generators are they are LOUD, HEAVY, STINKY, and DANGEROUS. But in an emergency, it sure beats these 1kW batteries. A 2000 Watt generator costs less than this price and 1 gallon of gas will be able to give you at least 30 miles.
Agree with somewhat, but not dangerous. Generators are used millions of times every Saturday and Sunday during football season at tailgates, along with many other uses without incident. They are only dangerous when people stupidly using them indoors or enclosed spaces. Used outside, they are fine and many of them are pretty quiet nowadays. Batteries are great for totally silent and renewable power using solar, but they can't compete for total energy output of a gas generator. Both have great use cases.

total energy output?
why not?
a gas generator stops running when it runs out of gas; it doesn't run forever

Gasoline (and other fossil fuels) provide much more energy than batteries. Of course they run out. I said that. They are not renewable. They just provide a lot more energy given similar sizes etc and that's an advantage if you have access to the fuel.

Gasoline has 100x the stored energy of lithium batteries.

At this point i believe you're arguing in bad faith. Both have uses but for providing a lot of usable electricity it's not close.

Is my Math correct that 160W solar panel will take just over 6 hours of direct sunlight (1,000/160) to fully charge this, or is it 1,800/160= 11+ hours?

Yes, it is not better than the Ecoflow Delta 1260wh.
Ecoflow Delta 1260wh has 26% more capacity, it is more usable than 1000wh...
Ecoflow Delta 1260wh is cheaper per WH than this DELTA 2, but the DELTA 2 has more features which I unfortunatly need for my usecase.

LoL 😅, gasoline energy converting efficiency is less than 25%. Electricity battery has over 90% efficiency
I read somewhere that Humans' energy converting efficiency is under 10%* That's why I try never to walk anywhere. Big Grin

*disclaimer,: i read it on the internet, have no idea if its true, suspect it's one of those "depends on how you define it" things
