I just grind down worn out cutting blades. Then I can adjust the blade angle for different uses. Besides, then I don't mind if I ruin the blade.

Anyone use this for scraping car stickers off glass or some similar application? Is that safe practice? Always worried about scratching the glass even with manual blade scrapers.

No....no no no. NO NO NO. This is for removing things off the floor like residual glue, mortar, etc., not stickers on glass. A razor blade is perfectly fine on glass, you won't scratch it.
