Amazing deal for a light gaming laptop? Only issue I can think of is the Intel CPU which apparently makes for a crappy battery life.

Edit: Would this be a better deal? https://www.target.com/p/A-90632865
Says manufacturer refurbished so should be as good as new?

I'd check cashback sites for Lenovo and stack another coupon for making a new account. If you have an Amex, check if you have the $100 statement credit. Even without an Amex, you can make this a sweeter deal.

Ye but this is Intel. Sadly the AMD version is OOS on Lenovo's site. Probably because it's better and the one most people bought.

I've come up with $1,272.27 with the two coupons + senior discount and swapping the 1 year Legion Ultimate warranty for 4 year standard. BUYMORELENOVO doesn't work without something to add on to counter the senior discount. Tried using a new email coupon but doesn't seem to work and don't have Amex offer in my account. $1360.29 would also include 4 year accidental damage. Probably don't really need but kind of tempting for $22 a year.

Any other thoughts? Really like the Lenovo keyboard layout, and plus the fingerprint reader.

was just looking at the notebookcheck reviews. Looks like the AMD version has significantly higher battery life!

This might be the best laptop deal I've ever seen. That is a fantastic machine (comparable to the 2023 XPS 17) for a ridiculously low price. Really wish I could take advantage of it.

Legion Pro and Slim are not comparable. Pro is pure power, Slim tries to balance power with portability. Weight being the biggest difference.

Thank you for posting this deal! This laptop is perfect for my needs. This deal worked for the i9, 4070, 1TB version of the slim 7i, which is listed as $2100, and after deal total $1,506. I thought the upgrade was worth the extra $212 . Thanks!
