And I started up with a 2.5 lb plate (obviously total weight was closer to 5). But Obviously you want to scale for your goals. It's probably not bad if you just want to try out the concept but the standard 'swings' you really don't need much weight at all (and in fact can be counterproductive) to get the most benefit from this style of training.

Or how's the balance on this for its purpose. Is it just cheap junk or actually good design
