Is it safe to buy this monitor through Woot! or is it going to be some undisclosed open box or refurb?

If it's open box or refurbished they will warn you very clearly. They're not gonna try and hide it. I've bought lots of things off Woot and I've had nothing but good experiences

For non gamers this won't matter, but 60hz on a 600$ monitor is crazy.

Personally I don't think it's a big deal, but at this price point it's not wrong to expect it to be included.

Dell just came out with a 38" curved monitor that is 120hz but it's 1440p. :/

It seems the main value with the U3223QE besides being 4K is the great built-in USB-C hub/KVM.

what I dont understand is that ive 900$ 75" TVs that have 4K 120hz support, so I dont see how monitors are any different. odd that manufactures have a hard time doing that while TVs do it all the time

I've actually only thought about it today. I want an oiled monitor but nervous about using it to edit photos and gaming on the side. Very odd!
