If you have an Amex card, check your Amex offers... There is a Sams Club Plus offer... Spend $110, get $45 back... Comes to $65, slightly better than this Groupon offer. But sadly ... neither deal is as good as past offerings.

True, it's often at $20 for the club membership, but still better than paying the default $50 just in case somebody can't wait for that $20 price to maybe pop up again.

I've tried different emails, different phone numbers, different usernames, etc and can't get this to work without it saying my info is associated with a current member.

If it has been more than 6 months since your membership was active you can call them and they will let you reuse your existing info

I've been denied twice requesting this. And it's been years since I had an active membership.

Both the website –no matter if using a new email, credit card, and address– and phone customer service say it's not possible to use any of these offers. And customers service has deactivated all my previously used emails/accounts used.
