We have Metro and the app worked using SMS login before. Now the app has logged out and asks for a password and can't get a password from Metro. The app was on my spare phone for the two life's for two grandparents but now it seems to only work on their phones

if not, can try creating a Metro or T-Mobile online account to get into T-Life. each line will need a separate account.
