ELIGIBILITY: Persons entering the Sweepstakes ("Entrant" or "Entrants") must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to any United States citizen that is a resident of the United States (and its territories), who has a valid United States email address, and who enters the Sweepstakes through the method of entry

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on March 8, 2024 at 6:30 AM (EST) and ends on March 27, 2024 at 11:59 PM (EST) (the "Entry Period").

PRIZE:

One Winner will receive 3 pairs of shoes, each pair valued at $200 or less, from VinceCamuto.com once every 3-month period beginning April 1, 2024 and ending March 31, 2025 (the "Prize Period"), for a total of up to 12 pairs and a total Prize value of up to $2,400 during the Prize Period, subject to the following limitations:

Sponsor will provide Winner with contact information for Winner to make their shoe selections.
Each 3-month period during the Prize Period, Winner will have until the last day of the applicable period to make a selection of 3 pairs of full priced shoes from VinceCamuto.com, each pair valued at $200 or less. No promotions, coupons, rewards, or discounts may be applied. Vince Camuto Atelier line, handbags, accessories, apparel, gift cards, and all other non-footwear items are excluded from this Sweepstakes.
If Winner fails make a selection by 11:59PM on the last day of any applicable 3-month period, Winner will forfeit the pairs of shoes for that period during the Prize Period. Failure to make a selection in one 3-month period during the Prize Period does not impact any subsequent 3-month period in the Prize Period.
All shoe selections will be sent to Winner via standard shipping.

The approximate retail value (ARV) for the Prize is $2,400.
