I haven't heard or seen anything negative about this brand nvme in particular recently. It may have been fixed for this model.
Can anyone confirm this?

It's not fixed, just take a bit time for the problem to show up, then you get tons of event 51. https://www.amazon.com/gp/custome...B9V51NOHOV

What's even funnier is that controller can't even get the SMART data right....

Anyway this is related to PC only? I'm looking to upgrade my PS5, and not well versed in SSD tech.

It's a problem with the SSD - PC or PS5, will be same problem. Avoid.

I just bought the 4TB version thanks a lot!

I've been looking to buy a new laptop soon and will be using this as a secondary Drive primarily just for gaming stuff - thanks again!

Hello, can you explain why these controllers are bad? I don't have a ton of knowledge about drives aside from speed and dram

I don't think it's a coincidence that all of the cheaper drives lately (like the Verbatim drive that has popped up a couple of times), have used that controller.

I've read that WD 770 is an effective drive for the price.
