Amazon [amazon.com] has Makita E-01650 Impact XPS 45 Pc. Impact Bit Set sale for $17.99. Shipping is free w/ Prime or on orders $35+.
Similar to the Front Page deal for the 100-Pc Makita ImpactX Driving Bit Set, this one is better quality (+$2 cheaper) and also qualifies for the free socket rebate.
(FYI, even though it has less total bits 45 vs 100 pieces, this set has the SQ3 & T40 that the 100 bit set does not include.)

If you only have a regular drill these still work fine but aren't especially necessary. That being said... good quality bits with precise, sturdy heads that won't strip out screws never go out of style if you're down for an impulse buy.

I checked I actually do have an impact driver and have just being using regular bits, although i don't do anything to heavy-duty, time to upgrade the bits i guess...
