It looks like there was a recall on this unit on 8/22. Only date codes 2019 04 through 2022 04 are affected. The one I purchased had a date of 2023 but worth checking if you pick one up. They have a repair kit you can request with the link below.

Does brickseek just never work for anyone else now? Site has become complete trash and can never pull inventory for me.

The clearance price went lower. I just got a price adjustment (return/rebuy with receipt only) from the $315 I bought it at.

Bought it at $315 literally yesterday, gonna try this as well. Extra $90 off is not an insignificant amount.

Nope. Stuff from online gets an RTV tag upon return. It doesn't go into store inventory

assuming what they said is true (and I believe them), then no. RTV means "return to vendor". I suppose you could have a lazy/noncompliant store that just hangs onto it and throws it in the corner.

besides perpetually shitty ads and having to enter zip, log in, then enter zip again every single damn time? Yes— hasn't worked for me all morning (for HD at least)

It was the previous clearance price. Been posted a while and I never found any, but my local Home Depot (SE Wisconsin) must've just put them out recently. I got the last one, and I was there looking for the extension cord deal. No extension cords, tho.

That might work, but not likely. If the store keeps an online cancel item that isn't in the current planogram, it has to *go somewhere*. The only general "somewhere"s available are the clearance endcaps, and it would be unlikely they'd have the room for it there. If they do, it's gonna get a yellow price sticker showing retail and current, and if an employee doesn't grab it first, someone else will surely catch it before you
