And is it still missing some of the fancier graphics effects that the Xbox version had? I ended up playing on the original Xbox anyways. I didn't play all the way through but it's still a fun game from what I played of it. 480p looked pretty nice on my 50" bedroom TV and MCC doesn't use the ICONIC title screen which is a lame decision.
Honestly I wish they would have just added CE and Halo 2 to backward compatibility so we could play the originals in HD with less of the hassle involved. I'll grant that MCC was a better business decision on their part.
No, the two RTS games are in the Halo Wars series for consoles.
If you haven't heard of this unrelated franchise, I'm super excited for the new RTS coming soon called Stormgate, by the studio Frost Giant (former devs of StarCraft II and Warcraft III).
Man… I'm sorry.

It regularly goes on sale for $10 too.
Definitely not. Bought this and was bummed it's not in there

(edit and update - to the best of my daughter's knowledge if you have a buddy who also has the MC Collection you both should be able to join the same party of players without having to custom-host a game using your PC as a server same as you would playing say apex legends or fortnite or overwatch... I say to the best of her knowledge because all of her friends want to play apex legends and nobody wants to buy MC Collection because it's old so she hasn't been able to actually do this but in theory it should work ... but I'm sure there are diehard Halo fans out there like my daughter who will buy it regardless and I have fond memories of playing multiplayer "locally" versus my daughter and son on the Xbox 360 console split-screen in their younger days )
My daughter plays the Master Chief Collection to unwind and has reported zero problems doing multiplayer with any of the games in the collection.. though I should point out we do have an internet plan with a (checked it just now) 725 mbps download speed and 21 mbps upload speed going off the ethernet cable connection representing the desktop PC my daughter games on... not sure how muc of a difference if any that makes?
I have noticed the MC collection runs surprisingly well (guessing because it's an older series of games) on an old (but beloved and still serviceable) video gard most modern day gamers would laugh at , the "EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti SC GAMING, 4GB GDDR5, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC) Graphics Card 04G-P4-6253-KR " (forgive the long copy and paste ) .. the same card sadly struggles to run Apex Legends , I've offered to replace it for my daughter but she says Apex Legends runs eventually and it's not worth the $300 plus we'd drop on a new video card. If it makes any difference my daughter's deskop PC has 32 GB of ram, games that run off a 2.5 form factor ssd drive (crucial mx500 ) and an AMD Ryzen 3 3300X (I know , not the most powerful CPU , got it some years back )
Single player should be no problem.
It all depends on both ISP's. When my brother and I play we rarely have issues, but when my friend in AK and I play I let him host. In theory hamachi could resolve it, but I need to make sure the setup process isn't too involved

Played Halo for the first time a few months ago. Holy F* Halo 2 was so incredible. And the visuals were amazing. I finished 4 not too long ago, but now I have to play 5. I wished they included it with this
