I've owned a few DJI drones and after getting a Mini 4 with RC2 remote and I will never own another drone without a screened remote! Hands down so much better experience without having to use phone's app.

Connectivity seems to be significantly quicker, better brightness, hated having to connect the cord to the remote!

I would be careful buying DJI drones right now. There are proposals about banning them - effectively grounding all models. Don't get me wrong, I love their products but the entire drone range is quite probably a risky purchase at the moment.

Awesome price point!

I've owned a few DJI drones and after getting a Mini 4 with RC2 remote and I will never own another drone without a screened remote! Hands down so much better experience without having to use phone's app.

Can you explain how the screened remote experience is better. I've been happy using my phone with the drone, but have never tried a remote with a built-in screen.

Agreed. I recently picked up a Mini 3 Pro with the screen and it's a world of difference... I was borrowing a friend's Mini 2 prior to this that had the controller that you have to hook the phone up to. It was kind of a PITA having to do that every time (had to remove the protective case on my phone before connecting it - I did have an older phone too so it probably wasn't the most optimal experience but it worked. Getting everything setup was a pain though). With the screened remote it's pretty much "turn it on and go" which is nice and makes the overall experience better. I was impressed that they basically have a version of Android running on the remote and it has some extended capabilities and what not as far as connecting to your home network, etc...

I had no idea they were at 4 already....my 2 was (is) awesome, but now I want a new one. :-|

Assuming you had a Mini 2 previously (maybe I am wrong), would you consider it worth moving?

Mini 1 -> Mini 4.

That jump was ASTRONOMICAL, from 2-4 might be worth it.

They just added the Mini 4 Pro with RC2 which is a much better deal. Better Drone, better remote same warranty as new.
