Howwwww? The masses will say 7 was the best, I'm part of the extreme minority that says 8 was the best. 9 was good, 10 was great. Tactics was also cool back in the day but it's age shows. Haven't played any others to offer critique.
Where to start? My vote is probably 7, but others that played the series more should chime in.
FF3 in the original US release on SNES is the best, which is FF6 if you're playing on mobile or PS. FF7 is fun, but you will not be disappointed by the storyline of 6. There is not too much connection between each FF.
Chrono trigger is even better. Just replayed it for the 3rd/4th time on a dedicated handheld emulator. Worth it...
I thought it two weeks and under 2 hrs of game play.

Haven't played L4D in years but there will always be griefers in L4D2. It was also practically unplayable about a month or two ago due to some idiot's DDoS attacks.

I bought it and it was unplayable. 900 ping in every game
They do, but it's limited to within the first 48 hours of purchase, provided you didn't play the game too many hours.
Not quite. It's within 2 weeks of purchase and 2 hours of playtime for automated refund. Certain circumstances may allow a refund with more than 2 hours of playtime with a support ticket.

Never played Final Fantasy. Where should I start? Is 7 a good place to start?

I feel like 9 is way more welcoming than 7, both with how it's presented but also because of the weird fan following 7 has.
You never see memes or tropes about 9 like you do with 7.
8 is a happy medium between the two, but the first few hours where you're just at the academy can be a slog.
10 and beyond play differently, so it's hard to compare them with the PS1 games.
