However, the Immersive mode, IMO, is very gimmicky, and doesn't improve the experience of listening to the music, with mild annoyance at best.
Noise canceling feature is very finicky as well. The music and noise canceling will be paused and disabled whenever it hears a loud sound nearby. Walking by the busy street will make the headphone stops the music constantly, a very unpleasant experience. I read the manual and made all kinds of setting changes via the app, but nothing helped.
Fortunately, I was able to find my XM4 back and returned this "Ultra" headphone immediately.
Would not recommend it if you already have XM4 or equivalent headphones.

Based on reviews I am reading, they don't provide more benefits for me to replace the Sony WH-1000XM5 other than being more compact for travel.
