When I went to the site they offered a 30 off 60 (SURPRISE30), so I picked up Luigi's mansion 3 too (also on sale for $40). I know I could have made multiple accts with multiple email addresses to save more, but I am content to be out the door at $30.70 for each of those games.

I know, it's another new customer QVC deal, but this price was too good not to get!

I haven't had much luck with QVC, they keep canceling my orders without notification even with new CC and emails. You're right though, at $25 this really is too good to pass up on. Hoping they ship for me

Were you able to stack both coupons?

No, (well I didn't try). Both games were on sale for $40, so the coupon QVC offered me ($30 of $60) brought them both down to $25. Then handling and taxes added another $5 per. Like I said, not quite as slick, but (hopefully) less hassle.

Funny thing about qvc. When I tried to get Mario last fall, they did a soft pull on my credit when I was looking this year. Didn't do any financing stuff. Kind of whatever but is interesting.

I can't tell if this is physical or digital? Ideally I want digital.

They can only pull credit if you did the 5 pay option, or whatever multiple pay option that they have. When you only pay with credit card, they cannot do such a thing because they do not have your social security number, or other personal info to be able to do that. Plus you have to give consent, which is in the fine print of the multi-pay.

Question:

is it better to get this deal and pay for the DLC separately

OR

better to get the Mar10 Mario Kart digital bundle deal through Nintendo???

TIA

At Nintendo, the Game and booster bundle is $64.98 before tax. This deal is $24.49 before tax, and the DLC is $24.99 at Nintendo before tax.

So, this deal with the DLC from Nintendo would be 49.48 before tax. which is $15.50 cheaper doing it this way than getting the bundle at Nintendo.

Group, correct my math if I am wrong.

100% did not give them ssn or agree to any of that they pulled it them self. Simply bought Mario and checked out with CC.

Download Experian app, help, dispute, credit pull and see the soft pulls. I bet they are there.
** sorry TransUnion I mean.

Being in the finance industry, I keep close tabs on my credit. You are correct about not need a SS number.

Here is what I found on the Experian website, "A soft inquiry, sometimes known as a soft credit check or soft credit pull, happens when you or someone you authorize (like a potential employer) checks your credit report. They can also happen when a company such as a credit card issuer or mortgage lender checks your credit to preapprove you for an offer. Soft inquiries don't impact your credit scores because they aren't attached to a specific application for credit."

I'll have to keep an eye out then, because I don't remember seeing any authorization to look at my credit. I wonder if anyone else has seen this.
