ASUS Zenbook 14x " OLED Laptop Screen Replacement

Hi Team,
So I bought one of these 14x zenbooks zlickdeals is always posting. Screen is broken through my own fault. What can I do to remedy?
Can I buy even a lower res screen or knock off to replace it?
Anyone know where they sell oem?
What are keywords I should look for?
I know there are a lot of versions of zenbooks and some of them are 14 inches instead of 14.5.
