Only concern here would be the cost of freight shipping. Options for local warehouse pickup or delivery were not available when I looked. If you have a Sam's plus membership, you can avoid paying what would likely be $100 or more in freight shipping charge.
I can see in the reviews that there were issues with the shipping company as shipments were either delayed or arrived damaged.

I've only had 1 auger jam, and maybe 3-4 flame outs. You really want to get a good roaring fire in the burn pot going before you close the lid to avoid flame outs.
Also this thing loves pit boss pellets, temps are super accurate with them compared to Bear Mountain, which run 15-25 degrees off sometimes.
I still prefer Bear Mountain, but just adjust the temperature dial accordingly.

I started with an electric smoker where you had to add a smoke box, and to me that smoke flavor was not enjoyable. I like my pellet smoker. For charcoal, I just dont have the time or patience to babysit it.
