It's cheaper than the last Black Friday sale, so if you've been waiting to pull the trigger, now is a great time. For this one, I'd recommend it if you have an existing system with Homebase.

We have the S330 Smart Lock (includes chime), and connected it to the Homebase in our existing system, so it's all integrated. We love it, the fingerprint feature is super convenient!

We are getting 3+ months between charges. YMMV, depending on how you set the detection threshold & video recording.

Yeah I only have the home base 2 , which I am not sure if this will work with. Maybe I should wait for a bundle of the lock +hb3

Oh, sorry, I don't know if it works with the old Homebase. You probably need to ask someone at Eufy.

I will say out of all the dumb tech stuff I buy my smart lock is among the best. It's so neat to just thumbprint into your house. But I have the Wyze BT one. Would like to upgrade to a wifi model. The wyze Bt one was cheap, I think 70 which at the time was great. But, it works on a generating code system if you want to remote unlock, and seems to take forever to connect via BT sometimes, though I dont need to often. wyze is questionable at times for sure. not talking about security but bugs they dont fix.

But Eufy requiring the homebase is trash it confuses me and i dont have one as i have blink and reolink products.

AA batteries is nice although 8 seems extreme. IIRC my Wyze takes 4? I'd have to look up battery life on the Wyze. But I always keep 100 pack of AA around for xbox, so I like anything that runs on AA batteries!

lulz trolling.

i bought the blinks when i was a noob but, still find them surprisingly useful today and the batteries lasted 3 yrs already and will never end, even though almost all reviewers lied and said the batteries die after one hours lol. and poverty? blink are expensive unless u get them on sale! The main thing is they are easy to stick up anywhere. And they have made good improvements to the app recently. But paying for face recognition? nope.

but i agree now that i know more buy anything else. my main are now reolink, but i still have a couple blink around.

the wyze was good for the time but it seems this doorbell is now more popular on amazon for good reason. but it's still 100 vs 70 for the wyze. still honestly dont need the wifi, just want it. and alexa integration is huge.

the wyze has been good/fine honestly, the fingerprint reader works well. just connecting over bt hasnt been ideal. could have been a weirdo phone conflict too, since i switched phones i think it's connecting properly now. but i dont connect much so whatever. just not having wifi becomes limiting. it means i cant unlock my door from 5 miles away. functionally i can just give them a temporary use code with the system wyze uses, but yeah it still just doesnt feel nearly as modern/

EUFY c220 fingerprint door lock with built in WiFi. I've been eyeing this for a while as I missed the last time on the previous front page deal when it was 100.00

We dislike it, but please go look at real reviews before you decide.
The batteries expire each month. Ours is integrated also. Love the cameras.

Looking at upgrading my Eufy wifi lock for the 330. I like my lock, but the Alexa integration has been poor. Alexa is hit or miss and states the door is unlocked even though it is locked or randomly say I can not connect. Hoping the 330 would work better with Alexa. Any thoughts?

For anyone into home assistant, note that eufy integrations are anything but seamless - they do not exist natively, and what's been created only works for some products, and inconsistently. In my experience, I couldn't get anything past a snapshot to show up on home assistant.
