Seems like kind of a meh deal. The best bang for my buck are some Hankook Kinergy's at $420 AFTER the coupon. I can get the same exact tires for the same price from other reputable sellers without a coupon. Seems like they jacked the price up for this "sale."

Prove you wrong that you get charged when you have tires mounted at your local Discount Tire in your town? Hmmmmm, Your local DT manager doesn't like you?

Seriously though, if you only bought tires, you'll likely pay something to dismount, mount, balance, + new valve stems and disposal. For me, I purchased both rims and tires and as you can see below that is a free service from DT. I did buy my own TPMS for $25 but they installed and programmed for free as always.

Between continental pro contact (the stock tires on my 2015 fiat 500 sport) yokohama, and pirelli, which one?
They're all around the same price, or should I look at something else?
Lots of "brands" I've never heard of too, but don't sound encouraging.

Depends. What tires? What does the rebate say? Usually tire companies, like oil companies will declare what retailers are included and/or excluded.

Most of the pricing I have seen is normal everyday prices from other ebay sellers and from other vendors outside of ebay. Looks like the coupon participants marked up everything to have the discount reflect normal pricing.

Stop speading bs here "your manager., my manager ' Officially all AM/DT online tire orders don't include free installation, - must be paid $80-$99 depends on tire size and location. Finding wiling manager is another story, i could not find one in the last 10 years..

That Costco price probably includes lifetime rotation too. Many places charge around $50-60 to ballance and rotate these days. Just keep that in mind.

Looking at the comments, sounds like some people were able to get away with slight discounts but I have to wonder if they're comparing apples to apples though since a lot of stores include mounting and balancing in their pricing (sometimes even lifetime balancing - that adds up quickly over the life of tires). But yeah, most of the times when these seller specific coupons come around, the prices are marked up a bit. Gone are the days of site-wide coupons and ebay bucks on ebay. Don't think I've ordered much of anything off of there in the last several years except for a maybe a phone case or two.

I've done it before from ebay discount tires and had no issue. when purchasing from them, they actually send you an email with the invoice that says discounttiredirect.com on it. Then on the rebate web site, you select their store as the seller and scan/safe your invoice to jpg/pdf/png/etc and submit it. I got my last set of tires like that. they send you a rebate on a visa card. I just took that visa, charged it on my POS credit card machine from my business and it went into my bank. I lost like 2 bucks but oh well.

Thanks for the direct link. The coupon doesn't apply, but, indeed, a great price! Currently waiting to see if DT will price match. A huge score even without the price match, but, if they do, and I don't have to deal with having to deliver the tires to DT, then even better.

DT has plugged a puncture a couple of times for free, as well as rotation (even on tires not bought from them), and I feel like I owe them some business. LOL.

LOL so much anger in you. Already posted the proof from Discount Tires own website. 'Free Mount and balance with the purchase of rims and tires". So stop 'speading' your BS LOL. Sorry you've had a different experience locally assuming you bought rims and tires. If you did - prove it with an invoice and also an invoice from Discount Tire charging you for mounting and balancing new rims/tires. Until then I have the high ground with my screen shot from their website and you just have a bitter paragraph. Sorry man……not falling for it. Also, slow down a little when you respond…..spelling and syntax are awful.

For the record - I still see the palm tree, but no cardinal.
