DT has plugged a puncture a couple of times for free, as well as rotation (even on tires not bought from them), and I feel like I owe them some business. LOL.
Also keep in mind these are run flat, so make sure you know the pros and cons if not already aware.

P.S. - There is 20% discount code available online which took down Goodyear price.

Contacted local store manager, who confirmed that the tires would have to be shipped over from another state. Just perfect outcome. I'll report back the final tally after I've visited the store to make the payment to secure the order.
Speaking of run-flat tires, this is indeed my first time, and the only major con I can find in article after article is that they are normally more expensive, but that point doesn't hold in this case.
The other con I have read is that they run a little bit stiffer. For half the price of factory tires, I'm willing to experiment for a couple of years. LOL.
Am I missing any other notable cons?
They had CrossClimate 2 in my car's size at a local warehouse and had the tires in store by the afternoon. All taken care of within the day.

Due to this, I am not very keen on going with run flats on my MYLR as it already has a bumpy ride. Again, I have never sat in a MY or M3 with run flats to give any informed personal opinion.
Other problem is my MYLR OEM tires are already down to 5/32 with only 6k miles which I bought just over 1 yr back. That is largely due to my earlier driving habits ("flooring the pedal" habit LOL). So while I can go maybe another 3-5 months, this time I am looking for an EV dedicated tire set like the Turanza with the longest warranty and from a place which will pro-rate them with least hassle. And run flats have slightly higher tread wear and this tire in particular has no mileage warranty. This tire is actually an OE for mercedes benz, so maybe that's the reason.
Also some places don't want to fix flats on run flats. DT does though but I am not sure if that varies from location to location. Unless you live in a major city, most place don't know or have the right equipment to lift a Tesla let alone fix these type of tires. There are some risks with flat repairs also.
That said, since (I assume) you don't have a spare there is a safety benefit with having the run flats especially if/when you are not in a metro area. You can drive at least 50-60 miles to a repair place though most will make you wait days before they can get a run flat replacement for you. Tesla's roadside assistance does provide a "loaner" tire.
I would very appreciative if you can post back your experience on ride quality etc. after you have them mounted and driven for some time.
Edit:Make sure to apply for the bridgestone rebate as well.

The lowest price I could find for a set of 4 is $726, and the coupon in the OP doesn't apply. Still a great price for MY tires. Not run flat, but 65K miles warranty. Also $60 rebate from General through the end of April, though I don't know if eBay purchases qualify. Probably the safest route is to have Discount Tire price match the eBay price--they do--and purchase from DT, and have them deal with the manufacturer rebate.

Debating between this General set or the Bridgestone run-flats suggested by send2dodo. Can't find any warranty info on the Bridgestones, and, more than the infamous cons of run flats, the lack of warranty info is making me hesitate on pulling the trigger on the Bridgestones.

Anyways, DT again matched the eBay price, and, including installation and other fees, DT replacement insurance, and the manufacturer rebate, came out to just under 1000 for a set of 4. That's almost half off from what the stock Continentals cost. 55K miles and this will be my third set of tires. Love the driving characteristics of the MY but, boy, does it eat through the tires like crazy.

Put the search string 255/45-19 RT45 in the search box within the promo and it comes up. Discount Tire Direct is one of the retailers listed for the rebate. I've purchased DTD several times through ebay in the past and they provided a regular invoice with their branding. I don't know about that Bridgestone tire. It is not a common one so there will not be many reviews.

One of the sellers is Discount Tire. Visit local Discount Tire store, show them the eBay checkout screen with the discount applied and the store will match the discounted price. Or go through Discount Tire's "Found It Lower" process from their website--first search and locate the specific tire, click to view the details and then click on the "Found It Lower" button to access the form where you can fill out where to find the lower price, supply the link. A DT representative will respond within the hour. Take that email to the local store and it will be honored.
Also coincides with current manufacturer rebate--$60--through 04/30.
$787.96 for set of 4. Or $630 after the 20% off coupon. $570 after the rebate. Indeed, excellent price for a set of tires for the Tesla Model Y.
