Hmm there is Cross Climate 2 and Cross Climate "SUV". Conflicting research. Some say SUV is better, some say Climate 2 is better. Tough decisions...

One of the sellers is Discount Tire. Visit local Discount Tire store, show them the eBay checkout screen with the discount applied and the store will match the discounted price. Or go through Discount Tire's "Found It Lower" process from their website--first search and locate the specific tire, click to view the details and then click on the "Found It Lower" button to access the form where you can fill out where to find the lower price, supply the link. A DT representative will respond within the hour. Take that email to the local store and it will be honored.

Sure, if ones want to get the high performance tires for off-road driving or racing at the race tracks, then you need special tires, and good for you for be able to afford such an expensive hobby.
As a family man, I drive a cheap SUV (2013 Toyota Highlander), so I only want something reliable and doesn't cost an arm and leg. I may only go up to the snows a few times a year, so All Season tires for me. I just couldn't find any deals even after some seasonal discounts that can beat the prices at Walmart.
Costco tires might have better warranty, but I couldn't find another under $1000 for a set of 4 tires even after their usual $80 discount when you purchase a set of 4.
Ebay Motors can get a variety of special tires, but not that cheap for standard SUV tires for my cheap car.
Many many years ago, I recalled there were some good deals from Discount Tires and Tire Rack, but nothing in recent years.
