Yeah, Kent's return policy is pretty bad from what I've heard in other deals. I was thinking about sending this deal to my aunt but the controller seems hella basic and there's no speedo

36volts x 10.4aH battery, figures to about 374 watt-hours. I think 10-15 miles range would be more realistic unless you can ride incredibly upright and efficiently using only the lowest level of pedal assist.
