Why does this cat litter packaging look like it was designed by the folks at Trojan?
I always feel bad having these shipped cuz of the delivery people having to lift them but it's so much cheaper and I gotta save as much as possible 😩
Even on sale this is expensive jeesh

Last time I got a 17# box and had to be careful of the litter that spilled in my subscribe and save shipment. Fortunately they wrapped it in plastic inside the box but still had about a cup of loose litter in the box. Just don't have food in your s&s

In for one of each. Thanks. Glad my cat isn't picky. She is an asshole, but at least she uses the little box and doesn't mind different litter.

Costco often has discounts on Scoop Away, which makes it much cheaper, although the quality has declined.

Yeah I been using scoop away from Costco last 2 years and definitely noticed the quality go down but it's still decent. I used to use Tidy Cats but that jumped in price. Sam's club litter used to be cheap and good but now it sucks and went up in price

Did they modify these discount terms? I usually click the coupon then cancel the subscription after delivery but now the terms from amazon say this "Any voucher discount which you use in connection with a new Subscribe & Save subscription for a Qualifying Item will only be applied to your first delivery. If you cancel the subscription for the Qualifying Item, you will not receive the discount. If you modify the subscription, including changing the delivery date, you will not receive the discount; you may be able to collect the voucher again and apply it to your modified subscription if the voucher is still available."
Has anyone done this recently?

Pretty sure this all means actions taken before the first delivery is completed. They won't retroactively claw back the discount after the item is delivered (at least I think not)

Big Lots has 38 pounds of regular Clump & Seal (14 x 2) for $40 + 15% off coupon thru March 22. So this is cheaper for a one-time-then-cancel deal on Multicat Platinum.

Then again, Costco often has discounts on Scoop Away, which makes it much cheaper, although the quality has declined.
Math is wrong here. 14 x 2 is 28lbs.

it's not really "tight clumping" at all but if you are ever completely broke and can only spend half of this arm&hammer stuff, this is in the barely acceptable category for $11.50

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Specia...b/50003619

What I really want is those arm&hammer de-scent boxes for $1 again, those were fantastic, now like $4?

I have been using the walmart brand you linked for about 7 months with 2 new kittens..
I have been happy with the quality , although - I am a new cat owner and I have never tried a more expensive brand to know the difference.. I might try this out to see what I have been missing.

I don't know about the Clump and Seal Platinum, but the regular Clump and Seal is a good choice. I was using cheap litter from Kroger and Walmart, and they're straight trash. So much dust and tracking, and my cats would dirty their water bowls because they were trying to clean it off them often. I switched to the Clump and Seal, and boom -- basically no dust or tracking. Sucks that litter costs so much for what it is, but at least this one works.

My cat just started using a liter box. Though she has access to outside she enjoys the modern convenience of indoor plumbing 🪠🚽🧻 I would've liked to try this but reviews say it's scented
