When uploading for first time, be sure to select the higher resolution. It defaults to standard.
I thought maybe I was the one who could not find it.
Too bad. Once you go larger than 8X10 the higher resolution is needed.

Well hidden, I have to say.
One would also want to uncheck "remove red eye" (unless there is red eye in the picture), I wouldn't trust them not to interfere with some of the colors in the picture.
