As long as your gaming in 1440p or 4k, you wont really see a difference vs a 13/14600k+. Only in 1080p will you see larger performance differences gaming wise. I'd say this is a deal, just not sure how good, since there seems to be an increase of these types in the last few weeks. This is the first 4070 super deal I've seen. Reviews for the company seem solid.

I wish it came with i7. I feel that the 4070 Super GPU won't be fully utilized with an i5 CPU.

Not true, especially if you're gaming at 1440p or higher and 4070 SUPER is basically a 1440p card. You can check the reviews to get a better understanding.
