actually smartwatches r bad for battery but that might be changing google and oneplus worked on hybrid api which uses 2 diffrent os to achieve really great battery life.
u have wearos which is battery heavy and another os which uses very luttle and u can achieve great battery life like oneplus watch gives 100hrs .

technically pw2 should be able to do it now too but its def coming to pw3

Battery sucks on first gen. 2nd Gen gets me through the day. 1st gen would die if didn't charge it at work.

Coros makes some pretty great watches capable of lasting like 20 days or something. They're also like 800 bucks, and mostly for people that run like 100+ miles a week.

They have hybrid ones and stuff, Garmin has great battery, but is more sports watch than SMART watch. The more general smart watches that only provide alerts to new messages and such usually last longer. I don't mind the 24 hour thing, but I know a lot of people do. I usually just charge both my phone and watch at night. Though when I forget it's a pain. So having better battery would be a plus.

also got one with screen burned in, but doesnt really bother me. what bothers me tough is that if i track running with fitbit and i want to end the run, the app freezes. and shutsdown with error and screen is not responding..other than that not really helpful, I know my heartbeat even without a watch Wink
