Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry
No more than 1 entry per entrant
The Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion from all Entrants submitted during the Promotion Period based on the following equally rated criteria: (i) highest number of points awarded to an Entrant in connection with the Pat Bev Pod Bracket will receive a choice of either: (a) Pat Bev Experience Prize or (b) Milwaukee Bucks Game Prize; (ii) second highest number of points awarded to an Entrant in connection with the Pat Bev Pod Bracket will receive the prize, not selected by the first place winner, of either: (a) Pat Bev Experience Prize or (b) Milwaukee Bucks Game Prize ; and (iii) the third, fourth, and fifth highest number of points awarded to an Entrant in connection with the Pat Bev Pod Bracket will each receive one (1) Pat Bev Merch. Prize. In the event of a tie, Sponsor will select the Winner at its own discretion.
The prizes are as follows:
Up to one (1) winner and one (1) guest will be entitled to receive one (1) live show experience in Chicago, IL to attend the Pat Bev Live Show, including basic economy roundtrip airfare, strictly from within the contiguous United States, as selected by Sponsor, and two (2) nights of lodging, as selected by Sponsor, for the winner and guest to attend the Pat Bev Live Show (the "Pat Bev Experience Prize").
Up to one (1) winner and one (1) guest will be entitled to receive one (1) Milwaukee Bucks game experience including two (2) tickets to a Milwaukee Bucks home game during the 2024 regular season (specifically excluding any playoff or championship games) including roundtrip airfare, strictly from within the contiguous United States, as selected by Sponsor, and two (2) nights of lodging, as selected by Sponsor, for the winner and guest to attend the Milwaukee Bucks game experience ("Milwaukee Bucks Game Prize").
Up to three (3) winners will each be entitled to receive: (i) one (1) Luv Gang Sweatshirt and (ii) one (1) Luv Gang T-shirt ("Pat Bev Merch Prize"). Any and all details regarding the prize(s) described herein will be as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, and subject to modification by Sponsor at any time. Barstool will provide entrant with the Pat Bev Experience Prize available dates and entrant will have the option to select one (1) date from the options provided, subject to availability. Any and all details regarding the prize(s) described herein (including, but not limited to, the date/time and itinerary, any and all conditions of entry/access, policies of any kind (e.g., health and safety policies), and any and all other matters) will be as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, and subject to modification by Sponsor at any time.
All prizes must be redeemed (if at all) within 365 days (otherwise, the prize is automatically forfeited).
The Pat Bev Experience prize has an approximate retail value (ARV) of USD $1,400.00.
The Milwaukee Bucks Game Prize has an ARV of USD $1,890.00.
The Pat Bev Merch. Prize has an ARV of USD $870.00.
All combined prizes have an aggregate ARV of USD $4,160.00 for all combined prizes.
