I bought a pack of the Modal ones last time. They fit well and are really soft, I like them a lot even though the material seems a bit thin. Getting another set now.

I found the quality to be poor (including elastic breaking from the waist) and feel to be fairly uncomfortable, including running a bit small

I got these last time. They shrink a bit in the wash so take that into account. They are extremely soft and feel great to touch but they do ride up and I feel like I have to adjust them a lot. I still prefer the Kirkland brand boxer briefs from Costco over these.
