It's a great tool for managers, as well. She ran a workshop at our company for managers; it was immensely helpful.

Yeah I'd say it's even more useful for managers since when evaluating introverts so many seem to go down a similar path of the "I see this behavior and would like you to do x y and z to come out of your shell"

My current HR called introverts abnormal during our on boarding process. I had to step back to make sure that was what she said. Some HR try too hard at creating a social culture.
