The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (excluding Florida and New York), who are 18 years of age (and at least the age of majority in the entrant's jurisdiction of residence) as of the date of entry

The verified Grand Prize winner of the Giveaway will be awarded a full wedding package at the Sheraton San Diego venue. The wedding package consists of: (i) a tuxedo rental (options and styles as available and as selected by Sponsor; approximate value up to $289.90); (ii) make-up and hair styling (vendor as selected by Sponsor; approximate value up to $1,100); (iii) a wedding dress (options and styles as available and as selected by Sponsor; value up to $3,500; subject to additional terms provided in Section 8 below); (iv) wedding planning and coordination (subject to availability and vendor selected by Sponsor; value up to $2,500); (v) hotel venue located at Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina (subject to availability, black-out dates, and other limitations and features and options selected by Sponsor; value up to $30,000); and (vi) floral package consisting of a bridal bouquet, four bridesmaid's bouquets, five boutonnieres, and two aisle markers (options and styles as available and as selected by Sponsor; value up to ($1,050). The total approximate valuation of the Grand Prize is up to $38,439.90, depending on availability, selected options, and other factors.
The verified First Prize winner will have the opportunity to select one venue from our affiliated KSL Resorts (as identified below) to receive complimentary site fees, valued at up to $10,000. The selection of KSL Resorts is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. The following are the KSL Resorts available for the First Prize: Vespera Resort on Pismo Beach; The Piccolo; Paso Robles Inn; Shore Cliff Hotel; Avila Lighthouse Suites; Camelback Resort; Blue Mountain Resort; Silverado Resort; and Fairmont Grand Del Mar.
The prize will not be awarded in cash or any other form of currency or value but in the form of a credit for invoiced items charged to the winner. The prize value is valid only for wedding event expenses at the relevant venue, and some fees and charges are not subject to the credit in Sponsor's sole discretion. The prize value may include goods and services provided by additional vendors in Sponsor's sole discretion. The winner must pay any applicable service charges. Wedding will take place at the relevant venue and must be executed within one year of Giveaway drawing. Valuations provided herein are approximations and subject to a variety of factors. Any valuation difference in connection with the prize are forfeited and will not be awarded. The prize is subject to the terms and limitations of prize suppliers and the location site.
Total ARV of all prizes: $48,439.90.
