Just an FYI, these older 7s movements don't hack (stops seconds hand when adjusting the time). Newer Seiko 5 have the stylized 5 on the dial and will usually use a 4r movement that supports hacking.
When did Seiko 5's get so expensiv? I think the last one I bought (albeit years ago) was like $40. You used to be able to get a monster for near this price.
