May I suggest that you look into profit-sharing with the original poster? For example, I would be much more inclined to post good deals that would generate much more revenue, if I knew I would get a piece of that revenue. Reps are nice but they mean nothing in the real world.
We find deals on the web and post them. I did it for years as a community member, and it is fun! In some cases staff can get exclusives (this is not one), but unless you think of all deal posts (community and staff deal posts) as "ads", this is not an "ad". I thought it was a great deal and posted it.
