Heads up, the men's "XL" is for a 33"-34" waist. I don't know of any other pant where an XL isn't 36"+ waist.

The "Small" is for a 27" waist. Most pant companies don't even sell pants that small. For Levi's generally anything under 28" has to be special ordered.

Good call out. My guess is these may be stock for the Asia market. I have an XXXL branded work hoodie that was extra stock from our APAC offices that fits me perfect as a Large Tall equivalent in the US.
