I watched this and enjoyed it but I rarely watch any anime. I couldn't tell if it was supposed to be silly/funny in spots or if there is some kind of style it adhered to. But when that young detective guy was squatting on his chair eating ice cream or was it a lollipop?, I didn't know what to think.

Thanks op! snagged season 2 of goblin slayer for 49cents after a few slow ship credits I had. 😃

FYI, purchased/redeemed digital copies anyone might have of these shows through Funimation themselves, are all disappearing in early april, when their streaming service is fully absorbed by Crunchyroll. (shows are moving, digital copy rights aren't 🤬) So this might be a chance to replace a few of them on the cheap.

Almost jumped on Goblin Slayer season 2 but it says there are only 9 episodes not 12 when I look at it to buy. Are they trying to pull a fast one on me cause I don't even see an option to buy through episode 12.

man screw that psychopath murdering piece of filth. This show could have been even better if they had the original detective/gifted intellect guy take him down. they kill for shock value, and then just have a replacement come in. I think it bad writing and Deus Ex Machina type ending

also someone asked earlier about MA rating, Goblin Slayer is MA bc it got inter species sexual assault, massacre of human and goblin infants/kids, and graphic violence. It's pretty f'ed up, I wouldn't recommend it
