I was going to purchase this yesterday but remembered that SSD (and tech in general) prices are highest in Q1. I wonder if it will go any lower in the near future but $150 isn't bad as it's now a few dollars cheaper than the WD SN850x

It's a pro but without Premium features right? Perhaps I'm thinking of the 980 pro?

Define "premium features".

Considering we're in another period of price fixing, I guess it's ok'ish.

I bought the 4TB version of this directly from Samsung a few months ago for $199...

Has to be under $100 for 2TB for this to be a deal. Otherwise, it's just a clickbait

In before the "this should be $50 because that's what it was on BF" posts. Oh wait...

Wasn't the $50, the 1tb?

I'm sure you're right; in retrospect, it was a bad joke on my part. Just tired of seeing posts about how NVME SSD prices used to be so much cheaper and a decent deal (for prices being what they are at the end of March, 2024) like this one being brushed aside.

Having said that, I'd personally rather pay $4 more and get the 2TB WD SN850X [amazon.com] but both are fine drives in their class.
