People on Amazon buy it new, return it damaged, and it sits in the Amazon warehouse awaiting disposal or removal. Removal is intended for the seller to retrieve the broken items, but instead they are "selling" them off-site, and when one is purchased, they create a removal order of the damaged item to the customers address.
there is no warranty because the seller has no idea what people have returned, so if the original customer returns a brick, some unlucky person will receive the brick in the removal order.

Will have to say. Not sure why the thumbs down. I bought a 20w for less than $300 and it works perfectly. The only complaint I have is that it has a 415x415 area and the honeycomb base they shipped with it is 300x300. But as for the laser engraver, it works perfectly. Considering that they are over $700 new, I am very happy.
