Samsung Olympics Sweepstakes ~ 04/17/2024

Timing: The Samsung Olympics Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 12:01am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 11:59pm ET

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C. who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of primary residence at the time of entry ("Entrant").

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants may enter via two (2) methods of entry as detailed below:

ENTRY METHOD ONE – SAMSUNG.COM PURCHASE: To enter via the Samsung.com Purchase Method of Entry, an eligible Entrant may enter by visiting Samsung.com during the Sweepstakes Period and completing a purchase of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or greater by following the onscreen instructions and providing the requested information. Purchases less than $100 do not qualify for an entry. For any purchase $100 or greater, the Sweepstakes entry will automatically be added to the Entrants cart prior to completing the purchase. Upon completing a successful qualifying purchase, Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Samsung.com customers may elect to NOT participate in the Sweepstakes by deleting the Sweepstakes entry from their cart prior to completing their purchase.

ENTRY METHOD TWO – ONLINE QUIZ: To enter without making a purchase, via the Online Quiz Method of Entry, eligible Entrants may enter by clicking here, TAKE QUIZ, onhttps://www.samsungparissweeps.com (the "Website"), viewing up to four (4) short videos and answering ten (10) questions (the "Quiz"). Quiz is for entertainment purposes and answers to the questions have no impact on Entrants entry into the Sweepstakes. Upon completion of the Quiz, Entrant will be required to follow the on-screen instructions to access and complete the registration form by providing all of the information requested, including Entrant's full name, email address, phone number, address, state and zip code to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

PRIZES: There are two (2) Grand Prizes available, each consisting of one (1) 3-day/2-night trip ("Trip"), departing on Thursday, July 25, 2024, and returning on or about Sunday, July 28, 2024, for the Grand Prize winner ("Grand Prize Winner") and one (1) travel companion ("Guest") to Paris, France to attend two (2) Olympic Games Paris 2024 events (each an "Event" and collectively the "Events") selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, currently scheduled to take place July 26 and/or July 27, 2024.

The Trip will consist of the following: a) round-trip economy class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and their Guest from a major airport near the Grand Prize Winner's home (as determined by Sponsor) to Paris, France; b) hotel accommodations for two (2) nights as chosen by the Sponsor (one (1) room, double occupancy, room and tax only) in or near the Event city; c) two (2) tickets per Event to two (2) Sponsor selected Events (tickets are subject to separate terms, conditions and restrictions as detailed below); d) ground transportation to/from the airport, hotel and Events in the Event city; e) $400 per diem/spending money for the Grand Prize Winner ONLY, awarded in the form of a general use gift card (gift cards are subject to separate terms, conditions and restrictions as detailed on the back of the gift card), for Grand Prize Winner to use for meals and/or other expenses in their sole discretion; and (f) Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to offset tax liability awarded in the form of a check (If income taxes exceed such amount, the additional expenses shall be the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner, as applicable). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: Twenty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Three Dollars ($25,939.00).

Cumulative ARV of all Prizes: Fifty One Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Eight Dollars ($51,878.00)
