The 15% coupon is only really a good deal for things that either don't go on coupon or sale, or if you need an item soon.
The "spring black friday" sale is coming up in a few weeks where prices on many items will be at or below this coupon value. The flyer has been available on the internet for a while now.
HF shopping is a complicated mess these days and it's hard to know when you're getting a good deal or not without doing pricing research.

2 days, today and tomorrow. Inside track is $30 a year or $45 for two years. Easily pays for itself if you have a big purchase or plan to buy a good chunk of stuff. I took big advantage of it during the 40% off clearance sale a month or so ago
