In addition to the above comments, most of the insurance companies will not insure this at some point. You will need to buy specialty insurance at exorbitant prices
If I needed several at once (small business owner, large family with multiple teens about to need a car, etc), I'd be tempted to buy what I needed plus some to use solely for parts. At this price, I'd want to be fairly certain that parts could be swapped around freely, and aren't married to the specific VIN (i.e. I'd want to be able to do a straight battery swap without any dealer-only programming required). With the way other EVs work, I'm somewhat doubting that's the case. If they dropped to half the new price, it'd be tempting regardless. Buy one backup car for every two you actually need. Less wear and tear if you actually rotate the use around, no sweat if insurance totals one (that becomes the new parts car), and if other owners get desperate enough you can part them all out for serious cash 8+ years down the road.
And are you going to fix the software bugs yourself?
this is the reason to stay away... they couldn't even fix the software for high profile reviewers.. After the bankruptcy, the mechanical component will probably provide years of service, but the car is dependent on software and software development for this car will be dead. Note that the reviews stated that the car is unsafe to drive due to software issues currently
Can you elaborate on "car is unsafe to drive"? Are we talking about when using the driving assistant features or just universally no one should be driving it in any way because it is unsafe. I can't imagine a car is actually on sale that is unsafe to drive.

There are many software issues that can cause accidents. If NHTS recalls saying that can't drive until these issues are fixed, company may not be around to fix these issues

There was a filed report of the car rolling away, but I haven't seen anyone else report this issue, I imagine someone left it in neutral 🤷🏼 ♂️ otherwise the reports were related to regen braking cutting out over bumps, but that was addressed in software updates months ago. To be clear the regular braking never cut out.
Fisker just had a huge decrease in prices on all their cars. Of course, the company is in a bit of financial trouble but if they get saved, raise money, or get acquired this may be a good deal.

You may buy an EV with no future support. Either way almost a 40% price decrease in the last 2 weeks. Their top end model was $61,499 two weeks ago and now its $37,499
