I might be upgrading from a Blue Rhino Razor 2 burner to this.... never thought the Razor got hot enough. Will I feel this one will heat up high enough?

And I ordered 1 for pick up in Indiana, since there were only 2 available.
bet a 100 there's no tank, u just find em at the curb on trash night and bring to refil station around $13-14 never goto a home depot or lowes or 7-11 they never fill them up all the way
If you have a hardline on your deck/porch, propane tanks seem like a quaint PITA
Thanks for the tip, so close to buying one for smashburgers, stir fry, etc. Our Weber is on its last legs…
I always heard natural gas does not burn as hot as propane.. I have not looked at it myself though.
Also, switching out a propane tank is pretty easy, plus a tank on my 36 inch last for a surprising amount of time, and I cook a few times a week on it.
Anyone know for certain that the tank is not included? I see it on their pictures but nowhere does it say it's not included (that I could find), nor that is included. Fantastic price without but just need to know what I'm getting.
I dont think I've ever seen a grill where the tank was included. I bought either this one or a very similar one.. no tank.
Is this worth it or is it better getting the newer omnivore version that walmart has for 297. Also was looking at the Blackstone from BJs for 399 that is omnivore and has the hood and comes with a cover.
I was told this type doesn't heat up enough for cooking fajitas, thoughts? Was mainly for quesadillas, hot dogs burgers… ect
I bought the TSC unit because it is 60,000 BTU to replace my Walmart unit which is only 36,000 BTU. The Walmart does NOT get hot enough and it doesn't sear well at all.
If you live in an area with a lot of humidity, keep the griddle well seasoned and cover it whenever it's not in use (hard cover plus cloth cover). Be very diligent about cleaning it, especially at the first sign of rust (the griddle is essentially cast iron). Basically keep up with the recommended maintenance and it should last.

where do you go?
I fill at a uhaul by me, just filled two completely empty tanks for 27 bucks. The best part is you pay per gallon, half empty, half pay.

You will enjoy it. I never checked my temp, but it gets plenty hot.
This is the way. Some clubs like BJs also fill propane.
