Great specs for the price. Maybe look at extended warranties.

Asking because that Amex offer expires on 4/22 and the HP ship date is showing 5/3.
Thanks.
Edit - Search shows instant charging.
They should call these devices "portable gaming computer with fold-down monitor" instead of laptops.
Nonetheless, good deal for a buyer who understands the limitations. I love the keyboard layout on the OMEN series and wish more OEMs would do this instead of the stupid stupid numpads that are on every 16" laptop.

It's a good deal if you're not picky, going to be around an outlet most of the time, and just want a 4070, but this is a budget laptop and you're getting a budget build, screen, trackpad, speakers, etc.

To be able to upgrade the CPU/GPU, otherwise you can't add it to cart.
I need at least 9000 nits bc I like to play with the sun shining directly into the screen
I like to use the laptop without having to take my solar eclipse glasses off, in case I need to view that also.

Not an amex user here. Is it for all amex cards? Just to confirm before I ask my friends who have amex.
I intend to get American Express just for using something like this, which card should I get? Obviously I don't want to annual fee. Would like to get some of these offers for the computers...
